At S.A.G Jewellers, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a transparent return and refund policy with specific terms to ensure fairness for both parties.

Returns & Replacements

To be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund, customers must provide an unboxing video clearly showing the package being opened for the first time, without any cuts or edits.
This video is mandatory for any return, refund, or exchange request.

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be:

    • Unused and in its original condition

    • Returned with original packaging, tags, and certificates (if any)

    • Accompanied by the original purchase invoice

  • Unboxing video is compulsory. Requests without the video will not be entertained.

  • Returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the returned product and the provided unboxing video.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (does not match the order placed)

Note: A valid unboxing video is required in all such cases.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or engraved jewellery

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer

  • Products without the original packaging, invoice, or certificates

  • Items without the required unboxing video

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for shipping the item back to us unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage in transit.
